Introspective Neuroprocessing Therapy (INT)
Developed by Charlotte Moore, INT is a highly effective, physically and emotionally SAFE, do-able, specialised process-directed neuroplasticity training therapy. This model has been explicitly developed using neuroscience and is designed to reset your brain activity and nervous system, reframe how you use your brain and rewire your brain’s neural pathways.
Repairing from trauma, stress or burnout is not the same as having the knowledge, tools and skills to work through them.
Only when you have the knowledge, tools and skills, can you actively and effectively prevent these ailments from coming back. Knowing that you understand how your brain responds to stressors is a fundamental key to feeling confident that you can control what you do when exposed to stress.

How does INT work?
INT is a highly effective, SAFE, brain training process that targets the disordered neural connections and pathways created by trauma, stress, burnout and crisis, and remodels these neural networks to regain brain balance and function. There are two phases to the INT process:
Neutralising
Reframing and rebuilding
1. The neutralising phase:
Works by applying processes that calm and reset the heightened nervous system, lower baseline cortisol levels (stress response hormones), slowing and softening excitable neural activity and engages natural brain balance through the reduction of stress hormones and the regulation of neurochemical responses.
2. The reframing and rebuilding phase:
Works by safely guiding your brain through a structured process that targets specific brain regions and their pathways. The communication that occurs between new neural connections and pathways are strengthened as old ones are reduced or eliminated, providing the brain with completely new mechanisms to reframe trauma, stress, burnout and crisis. This phase focuses on engaging the emotional regulation part of the brain to help manage emotional control.
INT provides an essential framework for regions of the brain that regulate the stress response and builds parasympathetic nervous system tone (rest and relax nervous system).
I will teach you how to replace any and all maladaptive emotional and cognitive solutions for healthy, productive and helpful emotional and cognitive solutions.
This not only assists in the reparative effects of trauma, stress, burnout and crisis but also significantly increases the resistance of reoccurrence.
The most important thing to remember about INT…
Not only will you will be given the knowledge to understand how your brain works in response to trauma and stress, but you will be taught the skills to manage any and all incoming future traumatic/high stress situations. Whether it’d a high stress job or organisational pressure, you’ll learn the answers and solutions.
